It's 11:51PM ?!%$S Yikes...yawn

Well i've been playing with facebook for quite sometime. addictive. couldn't figure out how to find the MCBL group, but perhaps i have to wait for one of them to accept me as a friend?? anyway - it's late and i should get to bed. it's been real...fun that is!

Things 5 AND 6

My confidence level is being boosted big time. Somehow I don't think the rest will be quite this easy. In any case, i didn't need to create a bloglines account b/c I created one a few years back. I didn't use it though. I found that I had a hard time remembering, finding the time, etc. to actually go to that account. Later - probably in the past year - I explored the RSS feeds capability in my yahoo! acct. That made much more sense to me b/c I'm ALWAYS logged into my Yahoo acct. I still have to remember to click on that section to read the new feeds (which I'm not always the most on top of), but it pulls it all into one place which I'm already in - so it's much more efficient and better for me. I've just added a couple new feeds, but when I get back to the office and have access to the N:drive - I'll check out this OPML file. I'm hoping it's pretty self-explanatory b/c I want to get the updates from my fellow Catch 23ers! Now - onward!

Thingy 4

Okay - I know i probably shouldn't do ALL of my posts separately in one sitting, but that goes with the territory of playing catchup with catch23. In any case, I am totally thrilled to see that I had already completed Thing 4!!! I sent my blog address to Walter and didn't even know i had completed a thing! Thank you Catch23 folks. You had slackers like me in mind!

Art additions?

Well I tried to give my blog a little "me" but didn't have much luck. I figured out how to add an element - wanted to add a picture of one of my favorite paintings - but the picture was way too HUGE and it cut off the majority of the painting. I will play later and continue with the catchup. Stay tuned b/c eventually i'd like to get the painting on here and give my blog a little personality. Maybe???

Catch23 CATCHUP!!

Well - the hubby's away and it's time for the mice to play. With blogs that is! So I'm taking a little time this evening to play catchup or is it catsup or ketchup? Okay bad pun. In any case...I read my 23 things blog and went back and watched the 7 1/2 habits. I guess the easiest for me is to set goals and the hardest for me is to have confidence in myself as a learner. While some might think I'm confident on the outside - really on the inside I'm not all that confident. I think that might have something to do with why I'm so far behind. In any case, so far so good, so hopefully all of this will give my technological confidence that needed boost! Ciao!
